A group of community leaders and economic development organizations (EDO's) have been working at defining the economic condition of Norwich in order to determine effective strategies to improve the vitality of the city. The presentation was made to the City Council at a workshop in January 2010 illustrating key issues and community metrics to begin using to measure our economic development progress.
